James Dondero Supports Different Initiatives In Dallas

James Dondero is the president of a successful asset investment firm based in Dallas, Highland Capital Management. Over the years, he has been supporting and promoting different community initiatives. His donations have targeted causes that seek to improve educational opportunities for the residence of Dallas-Fort Worth area. His most recent commitment towards this cause is his inclusion in the board of the esteemed Cox School of Business -Southern Methodist University (SMU). James posited that the institution provides Dallas’s business community with employees. He added that he was pleased to be part of the initiative that fuels growth and excellence in the region. Recently, James Dondero launched a website listing all his donations in the Dallas area. On the list was a donation of $2 million that Highland Capital Management (HCM) made to SMU through HCM’s Tower Scholars program. This program enables students to study abroad, access key global leaders and secure meaningful senior-year internships. The program started benefiting students in 2014. James Dondero and HCM have supported many other entities, including Education is Freedom, Perot Museum of Natural Science, Uplift Education, the Dallas Zoo, Snowball Express, Capital for Kids and George W. Eric Pulier: The Founder of SOA and A Generous Philanthropist

It may be easy to underestimate the achievements of Eric Pulier but he is much more than a Harvard Graduate. Pulier grew up in New Jersey and had an above average performance in school. By the time he was at fourth grade, Pulier would be able to program computers.
